Policy on Payment of Monthly Assessment

The monthly assessment pays for water and garbage service as well as Corporation costs. Your property is not covered by an insurance policy maintained by the Corporation.

The monthly assessment is due on the first of each month. If any bill is not paid in full (no partial payments accepted) within the first fifteen (15) days after it is due, the resident shall be given written notice that the bill is delinquent and a late fee of $15.00 shall be assessed.

If a delinquent bill is not paid in full within forty-five (45) days of the date it was due,water service will be discontinued. It will not resume until all sums due are paid in full. This will include a turn-on charge of $50.00

If a payment is returned due to insufficient funds, a $15.00 returned check fee will be assessed to your account.

Please use the payment coupons provided to you when making a payment to ensure proper credit to your account. Payments may be mailed to Winterhaven, PO Box 42634, Tucson, AZ, 85733 or may be dropped at the drop box located at 2610 E Kleindale (just west of the island at the center of the neighborhood). The drop box is located directly under the green mailbox by the curb.
